My methods were forged on the front lines of service as a US Marine, a firefighter and paramedic, a Veterans Advocate, and an ordained chaplain, to Trauma-Informed coaching, then I refined through focused study at secerakl colleges and years of coaching at a sister church that offers spiritual and pastoral counseling to parishoners. What I teach works in real life and time when the stakes are high. We Talk get to know each other then I can truly see where you are at on your own trauma journey.
   
• It is evidence-informed, science, backed, but on a personal one-on-one level interview. You will receive a plan specifically tailored to your goals, strengths, and season of life. We keep what works, remove what does not, and move forward one clear step at a time.
   
• My values are based in Servant leadership and at the core of what I believe. I lead with humility, honesty, dignity, fairness,. spititually leadership, and difinitive personal care. I am an Ordained Chaplain so faith is available but is discussed only 

            if you wish it to be brought up, as those are the rules that have                     been applied to me by my parent faith organization, and as always your convictions and beliefs will always be respected and come first.

• We begin with a focused dfinancial intake to map yiour finances only to know where you fit on the paying sliding scale. Then we dig deeper to find which issue you m,ay be dealing with. And communcatewhich specific issue that you would like to specifically work on, or issues you want to set your priorities and goals you want to attain, and clearly define what success looks like to y ou and where you are on this journey.
   
• We offer three specialties Trauma,, Marriage, and leadership.  We will work a plan that fits your time schedule with your current life obligations, with structured weekly goals and targets and short daily self-care practices.
   
• You learn with proven tools, for a better mindset, and effective communication, stress regulation, and follow through with the 25-week Trauma Workbook that I wrote for the client to undersand what truma is, your reaction to trauma, the meaning of nueroplasisty. and the work bexessary to be able to move forward through that tunnel.
   
• We review progress often, adjust and modify the plan that we have come up with to quickly meet your exact needs, and to keep the welness fluid as we go through it. And then we will truly and excitedly celebrate your real wins.
