Sliding Scale Support for Your Healing Journey

My personal promise to you at Spence’s True North, care is offered on a sliding scale based on your financial Health and Situation. 

Standard session amounts are set in our scheduling system, but your actual fee is adjusted after we review your completed financial form.

We look at your household income, essential expenses, and current season of life and then set a rate that is honest, sustainable, and fair to you. Each request is reviewed and prayed over. The practice, however, must remain financially stable and healthy and solvent to be able to keep serving our clients, but it will always lean to the advantage toward the client, especially in times of hardship.

You will receive your confirmed rate in writing before you begin or continue services under the sliding schedule. If your situation changes over time, we can revisit your rate together. 

The goal is simple: To remove money as a barrier to the needed care you deserve, while honoring the value of the work and the responsibility to serve the many.
